Questions shops ask before starting.
Which shops can you track?
Any online shop. Shopify and WooCommerce stores start immediately from a URL. Other sites open a setup ticket, usually ready within 24 hours. Prices are compared in euro.
How often are prices updated?
Every day. Overview, products, and reports show the latest collection. Product history goes back 30, 90, or 180 days.
What do below, at, and above market mean?
They compare your price with a benchmark from your competitors. On the product list the benchmark is the competitor average. In reports you choose: lowest, highest, average, median, or the extreme (highest for below market, lowest for above market).
What are discovery credits?
AI discovery searches a competitor shop for a product that was not matched automatically. A search by code or by name costs 1 credit; both together cost 2. Your balance is shown in Account.
Can my whole team use one account?
Yes, on Business and up. Business includes 5 users and Enterprise 20. Owners manage billing and invites; members work with the data.
How do I pay?
Monthly, in euro. An invoice opens a few days before each period ends. Cancel anytime from Account.
